During the fall raking season, we can schedule your property to be raked once, twice, or as often as you like. If you live in the city limits, the leaves can be taken to the street in the fall to be taken away by the city. This work specifications. Some clients want every leaf gotten from basement window wells, beds, bushes, etc. While others want it limited to lawn areas and the drive. If you live outside the  limits or if we are unable to clean up your lawn in time for the city schedule, your leaves will either have to be deposited in a composite site on your property or hauled away to recycle for a fee. While we try to do the work as close as possible to the city pickup, we do have to work ahead sometimes to keep ahead of their schedule and plan for poor weather conditions.  In most cases it is in the best interest of the clients to rake the leaves early while they are dry and weather conditions are most favorable and get a majority of the leaves.  Waiting till the last minute to get every leaf or to do it after your neighbor does only raises the chances of poor weather, missed pick ups and longer hours to accomplish the work, resulting in a higher cost to the customer (which is what we want to avoid).  If there are few leaves left on the property, they can be cleaned up in the spring before the mowing season begins.  Usually there is additional yard debris, leaves, twigs, and branches that fall during the winter storms that we are so used to here in Wisconsin.
