of Milwaukee, Wisconsin since 1969, American Maintenance Services Inc.
is a full service property maintenance company. Our area of operations
encompasses the Metro Milwaukee area. We provide maintenance services to
commercial and residential customers. We are members of
Metropolitan Builders
Association and are completely licensed and insured.
We strive
to provide high quality service to a select number of clients, and
purposely keep our customer list size manageable enough that we do not
require the use of subcontracted help. This allows us to provide a
personalized, hands-on style of service. Our crews are properly trained
in lawn maintenance and our equipment is kept in tiptop shape. Check the
